"Don't buy this software"

Pros
None, I never even got to the point of testing the software.
Cons
Horrible company! Their website says 10 day free trial. I thought I signed up for a 10 day trial, to learn that if you buy through a sales rep you waive your 10-day free trial. I told them I didn't want to move forward with the software, but they refused to refund me my first month's fees. Don't do business with this company they are unscrupulous.

NO FEATURES OTHER THAN BASICALLY CHAT IS YOU DON'T PAY....
Summary
I would much prefer a web-based if it only offered what BoldChat does for free.

Pros
You can see which is the page that your visitor is browsing. Then you can give a very quick respond.
Cons
The chat history, e-mail address and chat information will automatic deleted immediately.
Summary
It is a very good for the free use. But quite a cost to pay if you are not selling much product.
