Pros: giant watermark makes demo pointless....
Cons: If your going to let someone try a product let them try it..... Its like a car dealer letting you test drive a car with flat tires.

Version: Boilsoft MOV Converter 1.01
Pros: It did successfully convert the video I needed from .3g2 to .mov.
Cons: In the trial version, it puts a huge bar of yellow text across the dead center of your video saying "Boilsoft MOV Converter". It covers the full width of the screen. Certainly not a way to get me interested in potentially buying the product if that's how they treat their future customers. LAME. I can't even use the video I converted.

"I found the program completely useless."
Pros: It could see the audio files I wanted to convert.
Cons: Every audio file I tried to convert with this program turned into two or more minutes of nothing. I tried using it to convert five songs about five times each into all 3 formats (avi, mpeg, wmv) at different bit-rates, and other settings, with no success.

"Can't convert .mp4 - no tech support"
Pros: Er.. GUI seems easy to use, shame it doesn't work.
Cons: I purchased the software to convert .mp4 files into MPEG1/MPEG2 or AVI. It fails to do any of the above. I have emailed tech support several times and have had no response. Chances of getting my money back? Slim to none.
