The first Voat app that lets the user login, comment and vote !
!! Voat.co is currently experiencing issues and is under DDOS protection !! as of 08:51 GMT 7th of JulyThe app WILL NOT WORK if cloudflare DDOS protection is turned on. There is nothing I can do about that, it's basically blocking my app. The app will also not work if the website is offline or reporting issues.This is an app to browse Voat. It has complete basic functionality: login, comment, vote, etc.I plan on investing a lot more time on this app, I'll try to listen to users feedback and gradually improve and implement missing features. A few of the currently missing features are inbox, saving comments, subscribing.Please suggest new ideas on /v/boats or via emailPermissions:- Read/Write permission: This is only needed to be able to save images on the device from the built-in browser.For people who don't know what Voat is:Voat.co is a website that's similar to Reddit, but a lot of people prefer it because of a few reasons:- It promises no censorship- It has a nice small community (for now!)- The website interface is a lot more feature-rich compared to Reddit without using browser plugins.Happy voating =)DISCLAIMER: I do not own Voat.co, this is a third party browser that I made for Voat.coRecent changes:1.5.4:- Open links and subverse links in comments in the app. (Aaron google review)1.5.3:- Added a warning message if Voat.co is reporting issues- Subscribing to subverses should sync with the website now1.5.0:- Now it will display your front page not a generic one- Swipe right/left to access Hot/New/Top- Load more threads- Load more comments.- /v/all now works- Navigation history is now disabled by default- Fixed submitting comments special characters (Reported by Eric and Andrew)Content rating: Everyone
