What's new in version 3.0.7

This is a maintenance release which fixes some important bugs. A bug causing startup problems, particularly on Mac OS X 10.7 (Lion), has been resolved. An issue with multidimensional arrays in the inspector and debugger has also been resolved, as has an issue with non-ASCII characters in interactive method calls.
