  change the folder "Icons" to "Icon" (i.e. to remove the "s"), otherwise there will be error when compiling: Resource file Icon file not found (please change it in Project Options)

  I f you're a beginner to Pascal programming this is almost useless, it's just horribly confusing. The so-called "tutorial" is so basic in it's description of the operation of the program that it might just as well not be there.

  I would recommend this to someone that will sit down and keep trying things to figure this out. I dont have anyone to learn from so it is not fun. I do make programs and stuff but i make them with a simpler program. If someone would be willing to give me instructions that would be great.   As I have just started a computing course at a local college, we have to do programming too. Pascal was chosen as our first language, and using Dev-Pascal, it's a pleasure to use.
