Blitz Document is a useful tool with built-in templates for creating office forms. The templates help you quickly design and generate common and specialized business documents for a variety of purposes, including invoices, sales agreements, letters, and memos. There are "Sales Related Documents" like Invoices, Bills of Sale, and Sales Agreements. Businesses can use the templates as-is, but they're easily edited and customized for different needs.
Under the Common Forms tab in the Template menu, you'll find templates for frequently used office type purposes: faxes, letters, meeting agendas, and more. We really liked Blitz Document's Export feature, which exports documents it creates as Word documents. Blitz Document's interface looks very similar to Microsoft Word's, so anyone familiar with Word can be up and running with this program in no time. Even users who are unfamiliar with Word will be able to navigate Blitz Document's well-designed interface very easily. Clicking on the small round question mark icon in the top right corner of the program window accesses the Help file, if you need more information.
This is an unlimited trial version of Blitz Document. When we tried to print our document, a window popped up informing us that we couldn't print or export from the trial version of the program, but it did let us export our document into Word format, and from there we were able to save and print using the trial version. Blitz Document is a useful program that could benefit any office and help reduce time spent on paperwork.
Blitzdocs allows you to perform complex evaluations, calculations, and logical operations when inserting data in documents. You can also create custom-designed dialogs to collect user input while producing a document. From production of the simplest letters, memos and faxes, to complex, lengthy contracts and agreements: all of these can be automated in Blitzdocs.
