Pros
This keylogger is live and supported, but you need the latest version to avoid all the problems described below. This trial version is very old.
Cons
Old version is getting caught by the antiviruses, although some antiviruses may be configured to accept it using Exclusions option. That is a destiny for most keyloggers available..
Summary
I am a long-term user of this software since 2003, and I believe this is one of the best keyloggers on the market if you compare with others. I had a few other products, and their tech support just didn't exist. Here you can at least get a timely reply with a helpful advices. I use it to keep an eye on my teenager daughters, and I am satisfied so far. I tried Spector keylogger for example, and they force you to pay for update $100 every time. Is that what you need?

"Limited Functionality"

Nice interface
Will capture keystrokes until the anti-virus finds it.Cons
AVG detects it every time. Unable to set AVG to ignore this program.
Nag screen informs users they are being monitored on the free version -- rather hard to spy on a spouse if they know they are being monitored.Summary
Free version may be good for small children with no anti-virus program, but who runs without antivirus?

it works on your machine. That's as good as it gets.
Cons
Bought it from BT(the cd)couldn't get it to do a remote install.I couldn't get files emailed. Ifnot enough,my key no longer works! It's supposed to be a lifetime. It's not! I called in RU,they said it was impossible. I'm not stupid.WASTE!!!
Summary
.When your key starts saying it's not a valid key and you know it is because you bought it direct from Blazing Tools, what you have is a worthless CD. The LIC. KEY is printed on the case. I'm not a moron. Expect no help either. Alex or nobody else will help you because they know you aren't going to fly to Russia to do a beatdown. Which is what these ripoff artists deserve. When it did work the tech support sucked. I've got my receipt, licence key, correspondence to and from. When I told them my LIFETIME LICENSE KEY NO LONGER WORKED they said it was IMPOSSIBLE!! I KNOW HOW TO ENTER A KEY THAT"S PRINTED IN THE CD CASE!! I HOPE THEY READ THIS REVIEW AT BLAZING TOOLS AND TRY TO DENY IT. BECAUSE EVERY WORD IS TRUE!! IF**** DOESN'T POST IT OR REMOVES IT I WILL NO LONGER COME TO THIS SITE TO DO BUSINESS. I HAVE PROOF!!!! PROVE ME WRONG!!! OR DO THE RIGHT THING AND SEND ME A NEW CD!!! I PAID FOR IT!!!

Serv. let me say here that good CS means never assuming an issue is resolved.You "always" follow up).That being said,BTS issued me a new key,a new download,and even offered to configure the program via Team Viewer(available here).A generous enough offer(maybe they don't offer the bonus software on CD like before.I don't know).I would have preferred a new CD but I'm smart enough to know that part of something is better than all of nothing.Unless they've added more functionality I don't know if you can remote install the logger anymore.I'll try to let you know after I've tried the new program.I hereby retract my previous review, offer my apologies,and chalk it up to miscommunication.I thank BTS(Alex),for addressing my issue and making things right.(FYI).A keylogger will always show up as malware on anti-virus and, it states the free trial is 3 days

Updated on Oct 19, 2010One more thing.Understand there is a fundamental difference between Customer Support and Customer Service.Support denotes technical,service...satisfaction. Keep in mind these people are computer experts.Not service experts.If you have a problem you should persist.They have now offered to send me a new disk.I intend to take them up on this offer.For a few reasons.I spent several yrs in Customer service and am starting my own CS call center soon.Good customer service is hard to come by even when dealing with professionals.They hire unmotivated personel.people are under-paid and apathetic.Not an excuse a fact.Also, customers sometimes make unrealistic demands, then wonder why they receive no response.Be reasonable,polite, and persistent.It "can" go a long way.Alex and BTS have done the right thing with my complaint.I'm satisfied and consider the matter closed.Remeber, a free trial is limited in some way. Before complaining,make sure you have a legitimate complaint. My apologies to Alex. -
"It works but AV on the PC and email servers block it"

Pros
I actually have the paid version 1.70 from about 18 months ago and it was great. You could also email it to whomever and it would install silently and send you your reports. Most AV etc programs couldn't see it at all (back in 2008).
Cons
Now (2010) if you try to email it to someone, even if you zip it, the AV scanner at the server rejects it. So you need to have direct access to the computer, and the time to set the firewall and AV on the target PC to allow it to work.
Summary
The program itself works great, but it's NOT invisible to AV or other scanners anymore, nor can you email it due to the AV on all the email servers these days.
I would've given 5 stars, but it lost two because it's no longer invisible. My mom bought this to spy on her boss (she's paranoid about being fired) I/we never could get it to work on his computer remotely, and she doesn't know enough to do it manually. A friend uses it on her kids now, they spend 95% of the time surfing porn, the other 5% emailing other kids looking for drugs. Big shock...
To the idiots who said this download has a virus, DUH! It is spyware, what do you expect! If you order a lobster dinner do you complain that there's a big bug on your plate? -
"Good and stable keylogger"

Does what I need, clean and clear interface, good tech. support
Cons
The trial version is detected by antiviruses, but that does not mean there is a virus - antiviruses detect all public keyloggers on the market. Also the trial is not the latest.
Summary
I needed a good and not expensive keylogger to keep an eye on my wife's online affairs, and bought the latest version of Blazingtools Perfect Keylogger. It had no problems with my antivirus, also support was fast enough to answer all my questions, and they helped me to configure the email settings. I used it for a month and found many interesting and previously unknown facts about my wife. I found that I was too paranoid before, and this keylogger really helped me to get rid of my thoughts regarding her. So I want to say thanks to the creators of this software, if you have a good intentions, it will be really useful for you. I feel much better now.

Doesn't work with Hotmail, Gmail & Yahoo email accounts.
Lousy Customer service after it is paid for.

I purchased this product based on a recommendation from a Windows Secrets newsletter review. Initially, the customer service: responded quickly pre-purchase questions. After purchase the responses were slow & had an irritated challenging tone "(Who told you it would work with Gmail?")
Logging is okay but erratic - some reports contain 3 log files, others have only 1 or 2.
Chat logging only gets half of the conversation.
I spent over $40 for this (the remote deployment is extra). Since it doesn't really work with my situation I've asked for a refund. No response to that!
You should know this is probably a 1 person operation located in Germany. A few language problems in the user manual & emails.
Would not recommend this to anyone else. Save your money!!!! -
