"Not impressed with this update"

Pros
It's nice to have up to date software and works better than the older version. System runs smoother and faster.
Cons
When launching the program it automatically downloaded all of the music on my computer, even music that was not checked in iTunes. Still will not sync movies or videos.
Summary
This update did make it easier to transfer music, but I have little options as to what to download to my blackberry. I've tried since the update to change around and take off certain music, but that is a very cumberson process. Works much better and easier if I pull out the memory card and plug it into my computer and delete music that way. There is still no way to download the movies or videos I have in iTunes which is dissapointing.

Caused deleterious side effects. Unacceptable! Caused my BB to stop synching calendar and contacts with Outlook on my PC; corrupted numerous contact entries.

much easier to work with, or at least it looks that way, than prior versions
Cons
Installing on XP caused errors during process. I think it was because my BB was connected by USB. I disconnected it & the install worked so it might be necessary to disconnect your BB during the install, though not stated in the directions.
