  Worst performance, updates never happen. worst customer care. over all wastage of money.

  Summary

  Please do not waste your money buying this product. Customer care useless. Unworthy. Every time we need to update the antivirus, uninstall and install the product again. when you speak to the customer care executive they have the same message like pre recorded...download weekly.exe and install or upgrade to higher version and when you do that your start up screen goes blank...time waste...its better to format the system and install operating system rather than uninstalling the product and installing it again. If you read the news that this is the number 1 product then you are doomed. its not even worth being in the top 100.

  I can understand your frustration, but it seems from you description that "nothing works". Well, for a great deal of people it works, so you better come up with some facts and data for backing up the statement. If you encounter a crash, I'm sure you saw the crash report dialog. Have you described the problem on forums? FAQ? Maybe you're doing something not right? I'm sure you have considered all that before posting.

  I've had Bit Defender for three years now, and my laptop has never crashed, unlike it did (twice) when I had McAfee. Though they have not always been able to help me with issues through their email support, I have called for support, and they always answered the phone quickly and helped me solve issues.
