Mantis is free popular web-based bug-tracking system, written in the PHP scripting language and works with MySQL, MS SQL, and PostgreSQL databases and a Web server.

What's new in this version: Version 1.2.8-0 update Mantis to 1.2.8 and PHP to 5.3.8 .
