"Poor Support - Hard to Use Interface"

Pros: Virus protection is good but not perfect

Cons: Support for this product is terrible. For the price you pay for a business anti-virus live support is not available. You call them and wait for them to call you back. The control panel is hard to use and navigate.

Summary: We would not purchase this product again.Why should we have to call support just to navigate the anti-virus control panel or to set the program up. This company looked like they were going to run with the ball then dropped it. They need to redo the ... read more >>
