This is the best Bittorent client I have ever used. The download speed is incredbile and best of all is the selective download feature. Only need 100MB of file in a 5GB file? Then use BitComet to download the 100Mb file you need. This feature saves me a lot of time and space.

You should read the user opinions on Bittorrent, hehe. I have downloaded so many P2P programs before, but my pc got wrecked. BitComet is a fast, clean and stable torrent client. It also take very little CPU usage. Cant tell you how much cause im running Windows ME :( A drawback is that I dont get full speed downloads all the time, but that aint a problem for me. So hurry and start downloading :)

I would recommend this to someone who has an older system that doesn’t require all the features of Azureus. If you have been using Azureus for a while as I have, there is a learning curve.

The speed is not slow if get the up to date torrent find where everyone is downloading it of course out dated torrent will have less people downloading it as well as uploading it so therefore the speed of your download is slow. Yes, you need to upload, thats because what you get is what you have to give back. Unlike other BT client, this one can be run under an old computer like mine smoothly. It has a lots of features like proxy, port switching, renames the file to .bc if incomplete, control your uploads n download speed, n etc.

Summary
I have downloaded many movies and software with it. I did not have the usual problems like false movie titles or viruses like you have to put up with using Kazaa, Limewire,Imesh and the like. The downloads are a bit slow but running it at night when all are sleeping is the way to go. Oh and it is true that it is a bandwidth eater. Even more reason to run it while not in front of the computer. If you don't mind the slow speed and you want to feel totaly confident about what you are downloading then BitComet is for you.

Choose Random Port is an excellent feature. Nice GUI interface. Takes care of NAT errors as it promised. All other BT Clients failed under this issue.
