  A SOFTWARE THAT DOESN'T WORK AND COMES WITH A PHONE NUMBER THAT HANGS UP ON YOU. TRIED ONLINE LIVE SUPPORT, "IVAN"GAVE US THE RUNAROUND AND TOLD US TO TRY THE SAME PHONE NUMBER THAT KEEPS HANGING UP ON US.

  The ability to have an "IN/OUT" board visible to the receptionist at all times is extremely important in an office where there is a lot of comings and goings! Plus being able to provide a time sheet to our payroll provider without having to manually enter the times is a REAL benefit. I would certainly applaud the cooperation I have received during the installation process, and helping to answer the questions that I had. All around good company(and PRODUCT) to work with!

  We bought this great piece of software Biometric Employee Punch Clock and after a month of using it we are very happy. We are the leading bicycle & pedicab company in Barcelona Trixi.com and have between 15 and 20 people working for us in the high season. In the past we used mechanical time clocks with simple paper cards. <p> <p>But now everything changed! <p> <p>As the software allows calculating the cost of the worker & the time it is much easier for us to administrate payments. Biometric Employee Punch Clock pays for itself having in mind that we do not waste our time in supervision of correct check-in and check-out and calculating the payrolls. <p> <p>As fingerprint time attendance systems are very safe, it avoids buddy punching. When we worked in the past with mechanical time attendance systems it happened that a worker checked in for his colleague. This is by the way the reason why we decided to buy the professional version of Biometric Employee Punch Clock: It works with fingerprints. The Basic Version ($49.95) works only with passwords and as everybody knows: The worker may give the password to a third person and check in or check out for the buddy. But anyway: It seems to be fair to offer two versions: 50 USD working with passwords and 300 USD with fingerprint support. <p> <p>We installed the system at an old laptop in the entrance. It is a very cost effective time attendance system and perfect for smaller companies like ours. But I am convinced that it would work perfectly in bigger companies also. <p> <p>The worker himself has the possibility to control its working time as there is the option My Punchcard available. I know other software where only the administrator may access the working time. But Biometric Employee Punch Clock is much better. The worker may control himself and has an educational effect. <p> <p>The software and the Secugen scanner is easy to install and to handle. The buyer does not need special computer skills. It works on the fly. <p> <p>The support is good & fast. <p> <p>I can recommand it!
