"Tranferred my iTouch songs to my computer successfully."

Pros
It doesn't require iTunes to be installed. Simple, easy to understand User interface. Good speed. Quick download. No set up involved. Basic use is free.
Cons
In this simple version, I was able to transfer a large amount of files at once, but after I'd done that a few times, it could only transfer one song at a time and I had to manually click and do each transfer individually per song!!
Summary
I think the full version has a better way of doing it, but still it takes forever to manually drop each file one at a time. Of course I'd prefer it if the full version was free too :)
