"Most easy to use synchronizer software"
Version: BestSync 2.8.6.1
Pros
This software is really a great synchronizer software.
All the difficult functions can configure in the task wizard by simple options. Such as the "Volume Shadow Copy" function, it is just a check box to check, the function can copy locked or opened files. The "Real Time Monitoring" function, it is also just an option of the scheduler, it enables that files are synchronized immediately when they are changed. The "Run as Windows Service" function, it is also just an option of the scheduler, it enables the windows server or workstation to synchronize files between network even without user logon.
The preview function of this software is really wonderful.

"Best Folder Synchronizer around. Fast and reliable."
Version: BestSync 2.8.5.5
Pros
I needed a synchronizer for gigabytes of photos for folders and sub-folders. Since I do work with Photoshop, as a hobby, and change images, this software makes instant backups. It works with removable media as well as multiple internal drives. I was amazed at the speed will all the sub-folders I have. This was truly the software I was looking for. It also has a great built-in help feature. You get to choose, from many options, to run it manually, scheduled or instant. I recommend this software for anyone who needs to synchronize data.

"Real-time monitoring feature"
Version: BestSync 2.8.5.5
Pros
I use BestSync to keep the data in 3 stores be in synchronized.
The real-time monitoring feature can synchronize the files as soon as the files are changed. And the monitoring feature also works when run as a Windows Service. This is just what I want.
The user interface is the most easy-to-use among the same category.
Cons
This software stops me developing a file sychronizer:)

"Unicode support, easy to use"
Version: BestSync 1.98.2
Pros
In my work, I need to backup files that are named in Japanese or Chinese. I had tried many synchronization tools, but I had not met one that is easy to use and supports Unicode until I installed BestSync. BestSync is really easy to use and reliable. Its preview is outstanding; let you to modify the operation before action. And its USB disk inserting driven mode is eminent, once setup the task, the backup task becomes very simple, just insert the USB disk, wait it finishes, and take it out! Furthermore, the USB disk is encrypted by 128 algorithm!

"USB disk sync/encryption/decryption is very convenient."
Version: BestSync 1.97
Pros
I often take files between home and office, and it is troublesome to figure out the necessary and modified files in many sub-directories. Wildcard pattern and timestamp filtering can accurately filter out the necessary files. When the synchronous task is registered in home and office, and set to start by the insertion event of the USB disk. The copy task becomes very simple. I only need to insert the USB disk, bi-direction synchronization starts automatically, and when finish, take out the USB directly, BestSync flushes the disk! Furthermore, BestSync encrypts the files, I need not worry about the lost data be deciphered. The preview mechanism is very splendid.
Bestsync???s FTP synchronization function is also convenient. It supports FrontPage publishing. Only changed files are published to WEB site. Bestsync can also be used to backup files to the FTP server.
