"Simple to use"
Version: BestAddress HTML Editor 2010 Professional 16.1.0
Pros
Everything is where you expect it to be. Just like using Word.
Cons
No cons - perfect.

""Easy" says it all"
Version: BestAddress HTML Editor 2010 Professional 11.4.1
Pros
Editing files in the visual viewer is very easy. If you can use Ms Word, you can use this program. There are a LOT of behind the scenes functions that you start to notice over time like pressing the F1 key which gives tips on the HTML tag you are on: really useful when learning HTML for the first time. I like the options of choosing either HTML or CSS output for the insert options. Support is excellent and really fast to respond. They genuinely go to the effort of explaining things, unlike other companies who seem to give only single line responses to your questions. I'm impressed.

"Worked Until I Purchased It"
Version: BestAddress HTML Editor 2010 Professional 11.4
Pros
During the trial period, it worked perfectly. No problems. I was impressed by the ease of use and results for finished HTML pages.
Cons
As soon as I bought the software, it no longer worked at all. There was problem after problem that the company rationalized and tried to talk me through. Finally, there solution was that Windows would have to be reinstalled in order for the software to work. (on a brand new 2008 Toshiba laptop). I have spent almost three months now trying to get them to refund my money... DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE OR THIS SOFTWARE!!!!!

"BestAddress Choked and died"
Version: BestAddress HTML Editor 2010 Professional 8.1
Pros
Similar layout to other HTML editors - the clear WYSIWYG option was a plus.
Cons
I asked it to accept a straight copy and paste of 148 pages of text from a word document (1.5mb file size) and it crashed every single time.
