From website to program to support these people have earned my vote! Unlike some of their competitors there are no hidden or ongoing fees for services and upgrades - no traps for additional unforeseen future costs. Everything is included in the original price and even it is lower than all others. Even support for demo users is free. They advertise my shop for free in their Consignment Directory and gave me a free copy of How to Start a Consignment Business with my purchase. Very impressive!

This program is the best I have seen in awhile. I have downloaded most demo's available, but thay were all too complicated to figure out. I finally found this one and have stopped searching. The ease of manuevering through the work areas, the simplicity of entering my consignors, their inventory, printing my tags, and the ability to use my PC, as my POS terminal is fabulous! I can pull up more reports, than I thought possible covering all my consignment data needs. I just can not say enough, about this program. If I had a question I spoke to a live tech who helped me anytime I need them. They were always curtious even though they knew I was a demo user. Outstanding software and customer service, at a fraction of the price compared to other demos I looked at! I recomend you at least give the Best Consignment Shop Software a try!

The only con I have to report is that I did not find this program first!

I have tried several consignment shop software programs and I have to say I am very impressed, with this software. The program is very user friendly, the manual is easy to follow, and the fact they offer live support to demo users is outstanding! I was able to add all my consignors, inventory, and past sales, in the deluxe demo version, with no limitations. We even went ahead and printed our labels. This consignment shop software is really worth a try. I think it will be one of the best investments we will make, for our shop!
