I have used this software since March of 2009. All updates have been positive and painless.
I especially appreciate the customer service. Any time I have asked a question, I have gotten
immediate and effectual response. Not only do I thoroughly enjoy the product but I am overjoyed
with the support.

"Fantastic!"
Version: BdContacts 1.240
Pros
Extremely powerful, and flexible and creates an excellent merge with Apple Mail, iCal and address book! Even has videos to show how functions operate!
Cons
Wish I had a manual or more on-line videos.
Summary
Tool tips under all icons! Offer a user manual in print. Also would be helpful to see a full demo version running online.

"Don't Pass This Up"
Version: BdContacts 1.01
Summary
This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.
This program is useful, intuitive and inexpensive. It integrates well with Apple Address Book. It allows attachments of notes, todo's, alarms, emails, documents and photos. It mostly operates with drag and drop. One important feature for me was being able to attach emails to contacts. The program has an icon which sits in the menu bar at the top of the screen - click to open, click again to close.
I have never seen a more responsive developer. Emails are answered within hours - sometimes minutes.
Give it a free try and see for yourself. -
"BdContacts GREAT!!!!!"

I have used many contact management programs over the years and this one rates at the top for a single user program. Easy to use, very intuitive and jam packed with features that you would find in much more expensive programs. I have been putting this program through it's paces and it has worked flawlessly as it interfaces with Address Book.
Alan Cook the designer is the most responsive designer of any software program I have ever requested information from. It is almost like he lives on his computer awaits for emails so he can respond in record time.
This the program that Apple should have wrote and implemented into Address Book.
I recommend that if you need a 10.5 contact management program, which includes, contact info, notes, alarms and photo management, check this one out today. It is free for the first 21 days.
