I didn't get that far. I thought it was a 2 meg download; it linked to a 37 meg download. The regular MS converter which works well for is 27 megs and didn't force unwanted extras down my throat.
Cons
Even though I said to not install Bing or any other extra, it shoved the bing search window plus the bing search tool bar down my throat.
Summary
If you like Bing and your computer disregarding the options you select, the converter program may function for you. The faulty install procedure alone scared me off. I didn't see a zero star option here, or I would have marked it instead of 1.

Crashes in Vista, fails to convert in XP, Worse, it changes your search provider without asking permission. Making that type of change to your system is inexcusable. The Editorial Review should have called them on that.

Don't use this product. Do not trust any other product from this company.

I received an Excel 2007.xlsx with 100,000 records. It didn't convert properly, it basically just did what opening the file in Excel 2003 does, it cuts off any record after 65k.
Summary
If you have the same version of Excel that you want to convert, then it's fine. Otherwise it's pointless.

Simple. Converted files as expected.
Cons
Trail version appears to only convert one file at a time if picking multiple files. However, process a whole folder full of files and it works great.
Summary
Good tool for conversion of XLSX to XLS. Very simple interface. Didn't really look at any of the advanced features because it did exactly what I needed out of the box.
