Batch PDF Merger does one thing really well - it merges multiple PDF files into one compact PDF document. Your PDF files can be merged in any order with a simple drag and drop interface to make a single combined file. The combined document will preserve the formatting and fonts of the original PDF documents. The program works on Mac and Windows computers. Top Benefits of Batch PDF Merger: merge unlimited number of PDF files, choose the order of your files by simply dragging and dropping in the program's window and this can all be done in three simple steps. PDF files are kept securely on your desktop and you never need to upload the files to a server - perfect for those working with highly confidential documents. PDF pages can now be removed with ease. This feature is called splitting. As an example, the first 5 pages of a 20-page document can be removed and the resulting file, after the re-merge will give you the desired 15-page document - with any specific order that you choose.
It stopped working and I can not get any help from the company. They email me with questions but do not solve the issue. Won't replace it with a current "key" so I can use it again. I'm very disappointed.
Fast, efficient, great value for money and it does what it promises to do. I have been using the program now for nearly 2 years. Since retiring from the Military I have been working with a regional UK ambulance service rewriting their emergency and contingency plans. I work in MS Office and produce each plan annex and appendix as a separate MS Office document. I save these as pdf files and then combine the files into one large pdf file to send to for review and comment. Doing it this way ensures that the recipients do not change the master file but can still see the overall shape and content of the document. Similarly, I can send out an individual section of a plan as a merged pdf without fear that my original will be compromised. I have no need for Adobe Acrobat, this small yet powerful program does just what I need. I recommend it without hesitation.
I have noted no 'Cons' at all. It does what it says and what I want.
this programme works on MAC and pc systems. even you can merge unlimited a large number of PDF it wont be an hassle to you if you want re arrange files you will just drag and select the files you want to be in the first.
This program lures you in with the promise of being able to do something simple, which should be free, for free. Then when you reach the point when you've invested an unreasonable amount of time and it should output the finished product it simply spits you in the face and asks for money.
This program is as robust as Acrobat but cost 1/10 the price! All I needed to do is merge well over 40 PDF files and Batch PDF Merger banged it out in less than 10 seconds! I use the program on my Mac as well as Win laptop (yes, you need 2 license keys for this, which is fair).
