  Pros

  Does a one way sync. Other programs do two way, so if you delete a file it keeps putting it back. This isn't what I wanted.
  
  I want to sync my PC with my server, and then my server with my Laptop. I have run it twice networked with no problems.

  Cons

  Pretty basic, no options, wasn't a problem for me. Liked the fact it didn't overtake my PC. Scheduling function would be nice.

  Summary

  Overall I like it. Some extra features may be nice, but I was happy enough with the basic functionality because I couldn't find it elsewhere without paying. Previous to this I was copying manually, but I'd have to overwrite the old files knowing that the majority had not changed. To be honest I'd pay a small fee for a program that does this properly, but I don't know which one to trust, and I'm not paying if it does things that annoy me like overwrite files incorrectly or back up files I don't need. No frills is what I paid for :)
  
  I have not tested as to whether this updates files which have changed as opposed to just new files - seems to. You have the option not to delete files if you want, which is useful, and you can do a dry run first to see what you make of the files it's selected. If like me you need to sync two computers, it's nice to have the "do not delete" button so that if I create new things on the laptop I can still update them to the server.
  
  Logged in especially to review the product as the last one kept crashing when I tried to sync via a network.
