From All-Games-Puzzles :Bars Blocks 'n' Tunnels 2008 includes 20 unconventional word puzzles for you to solve. As in any crossword there is the active cell into which a letter of the solution will be entered. There are also standard black pattern cells. Then we get the right bar, the bottom bar and the combined bar. These are similar to the black pattern cell in that they end a word, but they also allow a letter to be inserted into the cell. The last cell type is a tunnel cell. Tunnel pattern cells do not contain a letter, but they also do not end a word. The word continues on the other side of the tunnel.
There are horizontal and vertical tunnels which do not change the direction of a word, and there are four right angle turn cells which change the direction of a word by 90 degrees. This version is the first release on CNET Download.com.
