Publisher's description
From Matt Johns :Easy to use bandwidth management software, designed for small and home office networks. Allows even bandwidth distribution across the entire LAN without the need for a gateway or server computer (i.e. all client computers connect directly to a hardware router or modem). Set speed limits, prioritize different types traffic (QoS), reduce bandwidth when download limits are reached and view traffic in real-time. Perfect for home LANs, small Internet cafes and businesses. Includes built-in wireless network support.

Version: Bandwidth Controller Standard 1.21
"ISA 2006 - works fine and performs as advertised"
Pros: Have problems with IPSec tunnels connecting branches and occassional mail floods. Installed Bandwidth Controller on the ISA 2006 firewall and it limited the SMTP port 25 traffic to quaranteed VPN site-to-site bandwidth using simple rules.
Find the traffic - right click on the traffic you wish to control and it create a rule....simple. KISS
Cons: Installs Kernel drivers (fake network drivers) that are not signed. After SONY's effort of installing low level 'drivers' it is very difficult security decision to allow unsigned drivers...and costs the developer little.
