"Did Not Work. Fake Gaurantee."

They did not honor their "100% gaurantee".Summary
It did not work. I followed the simple instructions to move my Outlook emails from my old computer to my new one. Nothing happened. No emails, no accounts.
Support was not live as the pictures on their support page suggests. Instead, support was by email and they were going to take 24 hours to respond. I didn't have 24 hours, so I copied the files and account settings manually from my old computer to my new one. I never ended up using their software.
I asked for a refund, because of their "100% guarantee" in the text ad on download.com. They said tough. I said I would ask my credit card to chargeback. They said I would be punished for making false claims and would not be able to make online purchases again.
Bottom Line: It did not work. They are not honest merchants. -

Cons
I had to purchase the product to try out the restore. They don't support Outlook 2003 with Business Contact manager installed. When I contacted them and asked for a refund - they just said tough. I think they should make clearer statements on their web site about what the product can and cannot do. I also think they should treat the customer with greater understanding and care.
