Thank god That Eden from babylon help me , I spend all day to figure out how to install this program , I call the babylon support and this lovely man , was Patient and understanding , he help me a lot , how to install this software, until today Its working like charm , and I can translate all my homework from the university what a wonderful program. and Eden thank you for the support again and again.

I am a happy customer since 2007. Since then I had only one issue that was fixed in less than a day, very good customer service. It is really Spectacular as Editors' Rating.

acts like malware,spyware and viral trojan horses rolled into one. Once you've installed it , there is no way to get completely rid of it.

What a disappointment to see CNET give this aggressive , invasive program 5 stars. A feat that will make me wonder just how many reviews from CNET's experts are off-mark, too. Not a single word in editor's reviews even addresses this major problem of how to get rid of the junk if you so desire. Stay away from it is MY best advice.

I have purchased alot of products from the company and every time that I needed help the customer service was always there for me. They are very kind and answer the phone right away + reply to your e-mails very quickly.

I do not really like their website.

I'm new at this, but as Isaid, I purchased the Babylon 9.0 with few dictionaries and havn't found any bug

The idea--although if you don't know that languages, forget it. Fortunately, do and the program was -- I say was -- useful.

Bought this product for my Mac with a number of dictionaries.I used it a few times--it's okay. It crashed my Mac and it appears that Babylon knew that it could. Customer service was AWFUL. I never got to use the product after spending around $125.00 I gave away 124.00 and because of the poor CS, I see no reason to work out the problems only to take on more problems.
