Apple makes a great product, what can I say?

Honestly, anyone who buys this software is setting themselves up for a fall, as Apple could theoretically go after them for using a re-branded product. This guy's stolen many software packages and has re-branded them all under the 'Babya' label.

It's a scam, a hoax, copyright theft. If you want proof, check out his website, http://babyasoftwaregr.livejournal.com/2006/05/07/ It's because of people like this that we do end up paying so much for software under a closed license.

for a free app (&/or suite of apps) this is excellent; in some senses far easier to use than midi seqs like cubase

crashes unaccountably a lot & could have a lot of debugging done on it

crashes a lot : certain voices stick; other apps in the bundle (v. l.0) don't interface with logic seq, even tho' there's integrated menu/s to page them up - e.g: the effects studio doesn't boot into the parent app, etc - could be improved by developers working on this; but for excellent basic composition a very useful app. could also do with saving/exporting other than .mia or midi files - how about .wav or mp3 out - so one could use saved files in other apps?

A great concept to put many sound features into one program for beginners.
Cons
However the program is incomplete. Many features will not work or will not work together with other features. I was unable to get any sound from my computers, either on WinXP or Vista.
Summary
It would be a very good program if someone could get all the features to work and to coordinate them to work together. It also needs some way to enable users to get sound from their systems, and a user's manual would be very helpful.

It's easy to use. It's free.
Cons
No Undo.
Cutting and pasting is not done efficiently.
Babya Logic has only 8 tracks (can play 8 instruments simultaneously). I don't think that will be sufficient for everything I want to do.

No limitions, no 90% is clipped problems, etc.
Easy to learn, and fun to play around with.
