  Don't be fooled by the initial scan; it'll tell you you need something -- in my case a BIOS update -- but to get it you have to buy the product. Fair enough. But after I spent the $30 or so and ran the program, it told me my current BIOS is up to date. Wish I'd purchased this with AmEx because I know I'd get a refund. Will try my luck with PayPal.

  Customer failed to add, that he was promptly refunded. Anytime a BIOS turns out to be unavailable the customer has the option of submitting a BIOS request for other systems, downloading drivers for his systems, or requesting a refund. If they request a refund, the refund is promptly granted. This was the case here. Customer was granted the refund immediately upon request.
