"Turns out to be scam"
Pros
Absolute scam
Cons
Scam
Told me I needed bios upgrade, but had to pay the 30 dollars to download it. I did this. Then it told me they would notify me by email with the bios update. 10 hours later the email said, "congratulations! you already have your bios up to date!" The only other 2 drivers it said were out of date, I tried to install them also and they never show up. THIS WAS A WASTE OF 30$Summary

As with any customer all the customer needs to do is request a refund. if no BIOS was available a refund is given, no questions asked.

Quick update: They guarantee that you are happy with this product or get your money back. (It said this when I visited the site, 30 day money back) After realizing this was a money trap I sent in an initial email to see if I would get a response. My email asked,"Hello, if I decide to uninstall this software, how do I go about doing that?" My response within 12 hours was, "Hello! No need to uninstall because it is guaranteed malware free and no virus! Please enjoy and install this on up to 10 pc's!" ***!!? this isn't what I asked. After getting a response quickly, I sent an email requesting my money back per the guarantee. No response. 3 emails I have sent since Jan.4th and no response to getting my money back... Thanks CNET
