    "0.5 isn't low enough"

    Pros

    there is nothing good you could possible say about this software.

    Cons

    the fact i have got a phoenix BIOS which Packard Bell would of PAID to use, only to be asked to pay more for an update, sure it tell me I need an update for BIOS/drives but is in no way helpful to update these 100% waste of time to even download

    Summary

    not even worth the effort to click the link.

    Customer is mistaken. We offer a service to people who cannot locate a BIOS on their own. They are perfectly to attempt to locate a BIOS on their own and NOT pay for our service. However if they have no luck, they can join our service and we will attempt to locate the BIOS for them. They are not paying for the BIOS. They are paying for a membership to our service.
