Version: BEIKS Dictionary Reader Extras for Palm OS
"Comprehensive application and marvelous customer support"
Summary: Although I just purchased Spanish / English / Spanish Goal, I am more than pleased with how comprehensive this application appears to be. I will use it extensively during a 2-week excursion in Mexico beginning in early January. I'm holding out the fifth star on the application itself for a later review upon my return from Mexico. I would, however, give five stars for Beiks LLC's customer support. I went through several trials and tribulations prior to purchasing S/E/S Gold, including ordering the wrong applications. George, of Beiks, quickly (within a couple hours), and pleasantly made several changes, which included a cost adjustment in my favor. He kept me informed by 'walking' me through the entire process. The email exchange was one similar to what I would expect to have with a friend, not an unknown rep from a company with which I've never done business. If George is an example of the rest of the staff, this has to be a marvelous company to deal with. So, I'm giving four stars for the product, pending the Mexico thing, and five stars for customer support. This provides an overall rating of 4.5, which I could not do in the rating scale above.
