"Solid program"
Version: BCArchive 3.07.3
Pros
This offers 448 bit blowfish encrytion. The government recommends about half that much so that in itself proves it encryption worthiness. It is also surprisingly easy to use for an encryption program.
Cons
Unencrypting multifiles can be a pain and once they are unencrypted you must find a way to shred them. Otherwise they can be resurrected with a file scavenger (program used to restore deleted files). Spybot Search and Destroy has a really nice file shredder that can be used to shred the unencrytped files.

"Generate random seed buffer ???"
Version: BCArchive 1.06
Pros
After reading the two existing reviews I was really looking forward to using this program. And yes it was really nice...
Cons
...except for the "generate random seed buffer" that seemed to pop up every time I want to encrypt something.
This means that I have to wiggle around with my mouse until I have generated enough "random seed" data for the little utility to be happy. Which takes quite some time and is reeeeeeally annoying.

"Wow,i like this!"
Version: BCArchive 1.06
Pros
Very easy to use(unlike some ive tried).Just right click and archive securely. Then when you want to review say a video it opens up in a temp. folder and runs with an application to show the file and when you close THAT application it deletes the file from the temp file. How cool is that??Seems very secure too.
Cons
Afew bugs but nothing you cant live with.

"I like this program"
Version: BCArchive 1.03
Pros
This is a great secure archiving tool for people who want to exchange sensative data such as payroll databases, private vacation videos etc. When creating archives, there IS a pulldown to select the encryption algorithm as well as an advanced options button.
Cons
I found an issue while trying to minimize or close windows while the tool was working, an option for "Silent" mode would be useful. But for free ... I'll live!
