Pros
It can remember for the last used window, this is just a simple thing which is missed from plenty of applications. Help in chm and pdf format (smile) which got enough informations to reveal what are more advanced than the basic operating system tools. A good tool, a must try.
Cons
About register-related infos aren't clear
It seems it can't handle some names with the ping (fe. my ISP's url).
I'm not quite sure if netwatch is a good idea without a good notice that it's not a good idea to encumber the hosts.
Sometimes trace can't get the best available infos.
Right at start it'll send a packet out from your pc (not asked).

all my important hosts; I can check network badwidth; nice network and
port scanner.

NetCheck helped me to locate the bad wire to one of my computers. All tools may run simultaneously. MultiPing is very handy to monitor several servers.

Pros
MultiPing - it can monitor any number of hosts and records history.
Trace - is very fast.
NetCheck - allows you to quickly diagnose network connections - it is very useful to test wires.
Scan Host/Network - very convenient tools especially for diagnosing availabilty of services.
SNMP - user friendly but very powerful SNMP browser.
