I hate, Hate, HATE the popup ads, but Avira has just a few less than AVG and Avast. The developers stoop to such low false advertising by including the word FREE in their title, but put their own and others ads every time you use it. This is America, can't some bright lawyer sue them for false advertising?

Every time it activates I get a message to buy their pro version.
