Version: Avira AntiVir Premium 9.0.0.420
"Good Detection, Poor handling. Kaspersky still better"
Pros: reasnably fast scan, very good detection
Cons: Poor handling of bad websites, refuses to load suspicious websites completely. Kaspersky, handles this quietly. I've turned off web filter because of this. It also slows web browsing to a crawl!!!
Summary: OK without the horrible web scan. I still prefer Kaspersky, but it is so darn expensive. I think next I will also try Norton Gaming Edition Anti-Virus.
