Pros: Great and i can kicked back in front of my pc without worrying to surf online ;)
And i do recommended to use Avast free edition as well.

Pros: Avira Premium provides more protection than it's free edition.One of the best detection rate, I noticed it picked some virus in microsoft office which it failed to do in the past.Removal is improved and it's effective.Realtime protection against virus is quick.Dosen't use too much memeory and good performance.
Cons: Interface needs an upgrade.

"I give this AV scanner 4.5 stars."
Pros: There are only twp anti virus applications that I trust beyond a doubt to keep my computers clean. This one and "Kaspersky". This scanner has an extremely large data base. It has a rootkit scanner thats great and very much needed with todays threats. It has great detection and removal of viruses, trojans and some spyware. It ranks number one at av comparisons website. The shields are outstanding and with the paid version you get a great email guard. I trust it and have it installed on one of my computers. But one of the best things about it is the price. Compared to other, quality AV scanners, including "Kaspersky", this one has the best price.
Cons: The shields can be a pain in the rear. this AV scanner insists when it detects a nasty that something be done about it. But, I learned to let it do it's thing and trust it.

Pros: Easy to install also with the license key. Easy to uninstall (AntiVir Personal). Very high detection grade (see AV-Test.org) and 100% detection for polymorphic viruses (see AV-Comparatives). Comfortable to internet with the Anti Drive-By feature against harmful sites. Fast scan (20minutes) and fast computer start. With Anti Rootkit and I have never had a problem with Avira AntiVir. Updating with AntiVir Premium is reasonable fast on the contrary to AntiVir Personal (Free), which is often too slow. No cookies detection, but you can remove cookies via tools, internet options. Cost only 19,95 Euro and is this prize more than total worth.

Pros: Good detection
Easy to use
Cons: Lacks any kind of self protection.
Mediocre at removal.
Spyware detection rate could be better.
Huge amount of false positves.
Heuristics easilly bypassed by packed/crypted/hex edited samples.
