Pros: does not slow down system/ internet connection...totally invisible
Cons: annoying popup window

"Easy to install and your pc is safe"
Pros: it does what is says very efficient and easy to use
Cons: none that i can see at the moment

Pros: Very good, and clean to look at main menu, very detailed, it will tell you how it is.
Good updater, regular updates.
Good anti-malware database.
Very good scan times.
Excellent real-time protection.Cons: The updater crashes quite often. You NEVER click the "Cancel" button, unless you want a program crash.
Way too many false-positives! Can prove fatal in the wrong situations.
Has a freaking STUPID POP-UP EVERY TIME YOU UPDATE. Its dumb!Summary: Overall its a good basic, free anti-virus. With every full program update, it actually gets a little better! But, its just those small quirks that make it so I cant give it my 5. Dont get me wrong, its awesome, but the problems are annoying. read more

Pros: its light.updating fast and easy.detected some viruses that NOD32 wasn't able to find.the Guard feature is working pretty well.
Cons: there is a pop up that will offer you everyday to buy the premium.
Summary: i had NOD32 before this software but there was a Trojan in system that i knew that its active but NOD wasn't able to find it.so i installed Avira and it detected and cleaned the PC easily.ofc the NOD was updated too.but after that i chose Avira cos i... read more
