"Good Anti Virus and Takes up lesser memory."
Pros: Short and discrete scanning time means that it does not interfere with any programs
lightweight and easy to use
easy to updateCons: First updating after installing was an issue, I ended up having to download and install manually, however afterwards the automatic updater worked fine

Cons: Should have built-in firewall too. Like COMODO dees.

"does the job and is a very stable anti virus software"
Pros: The product is a very good product and it is very stable during virus scans. I have used AVG and had difficulty with it coexisting with zone alarm firewall
Cons: It seem to update slower after I installed the new version.

Pros: It has detectaed most part of viruses attacking my PC
Cons: I would like Avira would be more efficient in detecting malaware and trojans.
Summary: Another point is that when scan is running and some virus is detected the whole process is stopped until you gave an instruction to do.This is unpractical. Ideally you could have the possibility to choose in advance which action to do as soon as some... read more
