I too just loaded the software. It was blocking almost all my pages in all browsers (I could still get to email in Chrome). I called and talked to 2 different support agents who never once asked me to check any settings in the tool but immediately wanted to forward me to pay for service (as in almost $200) support.

Eventually, I was looking at the software and figured out how to turn off the web security -- suddenly my pages where loading. I called support again to get an explanation (both as to why it was now working but more to the reason as to why I went through 2 other agents who were useless). The feature I turned off the agent attempted to turn back on and the software wouldn't even work for them.

They've submitted a trouble ticket -- but that trouble ticket isn't going to solve my original problem.
