    "The software itself does a good job"

    Pros

    It has been very effective and updates regularly leaving me feel good about having it. The product is very good.

    Cons

    Installation instructions are not clear and need user experimentation to get it going. Clear instructions are needed. Reregistration is a joke as support is never and I mean never provided if request for assistance is made by the user. During registration, the input of the letters required and submission are all for nought. I don't even see why you ask for it. It doesn't work. . There is no customer support or response for assistance.
