Version: Avast Home Edition - Free Antivirus 4.8.1367
Pros: 1. Really fast start up, it does not slow you computer down when you boot up! YAY!
2. Great on system resources, I did a regular scan, and I could still watch a Youtube video!
3. The interface is fresh, it takes a little getting used to, but oh well!Cons: 1. The installer is awful! Its very glitched! It took me 1 hour to get the installer working.
2. It wont let you register your free product on FireFox 3.6. I needed to close my browser, and load up Google Chrome to be able to register my program.Summary: This product provides ridiculous protection, fast scan times, so-so update times (Its slower than AVG free and Avira Free), It has lots of cool options, and is just an all around great product. All my 5 stars are belong to this. read more

"Didn't do anything to solve my problem"
Pros: none that i saw from my brief use
Cons: my computer was infected and the program didn't detect anything.
