    "Installing Gives Some People Problems"

    Pros

    I've been using Avast for years. I've never had a virus or any problem with the program itself. It updates definitions more often than any other program I've ever tried.

    Cons

    For some reason I had a problem downloading this new version. I tried uninstalling the previous version but was unable to do that either. Fortunately, I went to the user forum and found the solution. Apparently many people had the same problem.

    Summary

    Although no one at the forum explained why so many people had the same problem that I had, it was easily fixed and I'm back in business. I do feel Avast is the best anti-virus program out there, and it was worth taking the time to visit their forum to find the answer.
