    "Avast Free Antivirus (only free for 30 days trial)"

    Pros

    Though download and install are quick enough Avast's custom install does not clearly involve a sideload option.

    Cons

    Contrary to the review and claim that this is a free version of Avast, once the download is completely installed, it indicates that it will expire in 30 days.

    Avast Free Antivirus is as it says, free. When installing though they give you the option to install the free TRIAL of their Internet Security software or stick with the Free Antivirus software. It is free, you just probably clicked the wrong one.
