free and easy, just dont forget to set this download page as ur homepage, so when you uninstall your other avast or other antivirus you'll have this new antivirus ready pulled up to install after the restart. As this is the case any time you download antivirus. even if it is the same company the other has to be uninstalled first in the control panel, and if you dont have the new one ready pulled up (aka homepage) then you could get a virus from point a to point b. Plus you can always reset your homepage to where u had it b4. just a trick i use to b extra careful! Bottom line---this is the only antivirus i havent gotten a virus with. Plus at FREE for a year you cant go wrong! oh dont forget to register, and dont use the same email as b4 or it wont b free very long if at all.

Very good Antivirus protection, with Sandbox 7 shields. plus.. great supprt at Avast.com..custom scans also make your own scan and keepit when you want to use it....For anyone that has any problems just go to the Avast Forum 24/7....
