Version: AutoRun Architect 2.2
"Not as good as it should be."
Pros: Price and ease of use. I was able to start using the product very quickly.
Cons: It did not always launch the designated file and sometimes tech support took days to get back with me and there is no way to contact by phone.
Summary: I had a lot of problems with my launch document. This product would not always launch a Word document and that is a real problem. It would launch it in test, then after I burned the project to disc, it would not. Sometimes if I could get it to launch after burring, it would not 100% of the time. Sometimes it would only launch on my desktop running XP/Word 2003 even though the file was saved as a 2000/2003 Word doc. I created the project and burned it on a computer running Vista/Word 2007 so I believe that there is some issue with the OS and/or the version of Word that it is either created in or burned in. I needed a product that would burn and launch every time so this software was a big letdown for me.
