Version: AutoRefresher for IE 1
"Awesome program"
Pros: No extra windows, no adware or trojans. I use it for Neopets and Gaiaonline (kinda cheating but no tell. xP) It's just another IE window open that can be easily minimized and run in the background while I do other things.
Cons: It refreshes every 10 seconds, when I would like it to refresh every 5 or so.

how do you use it for gaia? :S and what does it do to gaia

You can actually enter a custom setting for how many seconds you want it to refresh. This is the ideal refresher for IE.
