Works really well as long as you read the "Read Me" page. Easy to use and the best part I like is that you can set a different timer for every page that you may have open. Great little program taking very little space.

No extra windows, no adware or trojans. I use it for Neopets and Gaiaonline (kinda cheating but no tell. xP) It's just another IE window open that can be easily minimized and run in the background while I do other things.
Cons
It refreshes every 10 seconds, when I would like it to refresh every 5 or so.

This is FREE and easy to use, it takes very little space in your hard drive and you IE window, Plus it gives you EXACTLY what you want without downloading extra stuff that you don't need. I recommend this 100% It even has a custom interval section so you can put your own time :D
Cons
I get kind of frustrated that in every window you open you have to right click to add it, I'd like it to stay on the page :P

Summary
Of course its very handy to refresh sites, but why download this when you can get a 5 star toolbar named gogodata with refresher with the timed you choose in seconds from 1 to many 1000 and protection + much more IN ONE TOOLBAR! do you get my point?
