    "Not so great"

    November 23, 2007  |   By biztastic

easy to use, nice record feature

Automate is over sugar coated and over exaggerated. I make a task that should execute in 15 second intervals, the task starts but what the task is supposed to do takes longer than 15 seconds to do it, so the task is not done correctly. It sits there analyzing objects in the windows when it doesn't have to because I specified which control to press in which window, it wastes valuable time on something simple. It is also very buggy, doesn't always execute a task, and sometimes says it can't communicate with it's service. I will try AutoHotKey and trash Automate. If IT professionals use something as time wasting and buggy as this, then this truly is a sad world.
