"Everyone should have this, or it should be in Windows"
Pros: I use it just for the keyboard strings you can set up, but it can do lots more complicated things too.
Cons: The scripting syntax is not self-explanatory -

"About the best macro tool I've seen"
Pros: You can assign just about any functionality you can think of to key combos and there will usually be several ways to do it.
Cons: Its yes another scripting language to learn.
