    "OMG"

    by denzii2006 on July 10, 2007

Pros: It does what says up to a point I will explain why in the Cons

Cons: There is no Support for this product. No one answers the phone, (it's nice that they gave us a phone number to call) No answering machine to tell us what normal business hours are and no where on their website is the hours of operation. I bought this item a few months ago and because of some unforeseen reason I had to reformat my hdd. Now I can't convert this PDF to a DWG without my Registration Code because you see? There is no way of saving a DWG while in the Trial Version and I need to get this drawing to a customer that is in a hurry of getting it. Now I have to wait and wait till I get a response from these guys to get my software back up and running again and in the mean time I have this customer breathing down my neck. Do I normally write bad reviews? Nope, I do if it messes up my work flow and this certainly has.

Ok now to explain what I was talking about in the pros, when it converts the drawing the Scale of the drawing is way out of whack so you scale the drawing to its original size in one direction and it's off in the other direction. So there is no accurate way of getting a PDF to scale out in AutoCAD. This program is way too expensive for what it does. If it scaled the drawing correctly and there was any hint of customer support there will be a glimmer of hope for this software.
