I HAD THE LAST VERSION AND WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHY THIS VERSION IS AS EXPENSIVE AS IT IS. WHAT IS SO DIFFERENT THAT WARRANTS SUCH A HIGH RISE IN PRICE FOR ONE WHO HAS GONE WITH YOU BEFORE. I DO NOT SEE IT

EXPLAIN WHY WE'RE PAYING EXTRA FEE FOR THOSE THAT GAVE YOUR PROGRAM ITS START,$10.00 NOMINAL FEE WOULD BE INORDER.YOU SHOULD CHANGE THE PROGRAM TO PUT ITEMS IN DATE ORDER; EITHER AUTOMATICALLY OR YOU CAN HIT A BUTTON AND ALL ARE ALL IN DATE ORDER.

into the system. I am collector so this is a dream come true.
It's simple and easy to use, you can't go wrong.

I spent over an hour entering information
for 2 of my family cars. When I rebooted the computer the next day it was all gone.
I tried entering some of the data again and it froze up my computer and guess what? When I restarted the computer the data was gone! A great lesson in frustration and wasting my time... don't waste yours.

Poorly designed and full of bugs. One of the worst programs I have ever downloaded! I actually had to reformat my computer and reinstall the OS to get it working right again after installing this software.

Summary
This is one of the best software products I have seen to do Auto Maintenance - its has lots of potential - but is rife with a poor user interface and a number of odd quirks. Unfortunately, tech support for the product is non-existant. So you have to put up with it as it is - because the vendor offers no response to correct problems that you find in the software.
If the company provided a level of support and addressed the user interface and display issues, this would be a nice little application. -
